A gentleman says that, while ____ through Jackson County, Georgia, the other day, an incident came under his observation which jn-tly deserves mention. He stopped at a home where the head of the family was engaged in blacksmithing, his “striker” being his better-half. His oldest daughter was busy ploughing in the field, and two younger girls were piling up the brush. The girls are jewels that would adorn any household.
